Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa: Website Development

Brief

The former Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa was a privately owned venue set in 160 acres of landscaped grounds in Ferndown, Dorset. Prior to the sale of the business, the club approached Digital Storm to redesign its website. The aim was to create a high-end, professional look that reflected the luxury and quality the venue was known for.

Solution

    The goal was to create a modern, luxurious website that clearly defined each area of the club for its different audiences. This was achieved through strategic use of colour, imagery, and layout. Dedicated landing pages were designed for key categories such as Golf, Restaurant, Spa, and Fitness, supported by high-quality photography and 360-degree views of key spaces. A refined colour palette enhanced both the brand’s premium feel and the user journey across the site..

Outcome

The site was developed in WordPress and used a range of widgets and applications for the room and restaurant bookings. The Open Table plugin, BRS Golf.com plugin and an Iframe of Room Basket were integrated. As well as Facebook feeds and news posts, the site also showcased their events using a calendar plugin and offered vouchers and coupon codes to be used whilst visiting the venue.

Following the launch of the website, the colours and updated look and feel has been rolled across some of the marketing collateral and we have continued to work with the Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa on website updates and social media assistance.
