Forum Jewellers: Design, Web and Marketing
Brief
Forum Jewellers initially approached Digital Storm to develop and maintain their website. The primary goal was to create a brochure site that provided credibility, offered valuable information like contact details and opening times, and reflected the brand’s style. This collaboration naturally expanded into producing various marketing collateral and enhancing their retail store’s visual appeal to increase sales and customer engagement.
Solution
Digital Storm worked with Forum Jewellers to modernise their brand across digital and print. We began by developing a brochure-style website that reflected their premium image, showcased their product range, and encouraged in-store visits. Though not transactional, the site included advanced features like product filtering, custom CMS tools, and clear calls to action for a seamless user experience.
To ensure consistency, we produced supporting marketing materials aligned with the new brand style, including in-store displays, posters, seasonal print advertising, and wedding fayre collateral.
We also refreshed Forum’s customer newsletter and introduced email campaigns to promote offers and drive footfall. A follow-up digital strategy included a more eCommerce-style website, SEO improvements, and a social media content plan to grow their local online presence while maintaining the personal touch of the in-store experience.
Outcome
The long-standing partnership between Digital Storm and Forum Jewellers has delivered measurable and sustained success across all areas of their marketing. Following the launch of the eCommerce-style website, the business experienced strong growth in search visibility and a steady increase in organic traffic. Social media efforts expanded the store’s reach well beyond the local area, with tracked conversions from customers over 60km away.
Consistent branding across digital and printed materials has significantly boosted brand recognition, while regular email campaigns, newsletters, and engaging social content have strengthened customer relationships and improved ongoing engagement.
Over more than seven years of collaboration, Digital Storm has supported Forum Jewellers in achieving meaningful growth, expanding their presence both online and in-store, and positioning the brand for continued success.
