Overview
RT Promotions is a long-established supplier of branded promotional merchandise based near Poole, Dorset. With thousands of products and a loyal customer base, their existing website was no longer keeping up – lacking eCommerce functionality, running on outdated tech, and no longer reflecting their newly refreshed brand identity. They needed a more modern solution that would still work with their complex product data and supplier relationships.
Solution
We designed and built a brand new website from the ground up using WordPress and WooCommerce. The platform supports both “request a quote” and “buy now” journeys, with over 5,000 products uploaded using a clever CSV feed system tailored to RT’s varied supplier formats. We added tiered pricing logic, Algolia search for instant results, and developed a flexible backend so their team can update products and manage content with ease. The result is a site that looks great, works fast, and handles the technical bits behind the scenes – from mobile-friendly design to dynamic pricing.
Outcome
RT Promotions now has a future-proof website that works just as hard as they do. Their customers enjoy a quicker, clearer experience online, whether they’re browsing or ready to buy. Quote requests are easier to manage, eCommerce is fully integrated for premium products, and the website now reflects the energy and professionalism of the RT brand.
