Digital Storm is really pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in this years Wirehive100’s. This year we are going for the Brand Impact of the Year award. This is a great success for the team following our win at Wirehive last year in the Not for Profit Website of the Year category.

We have been shortlisted for the work that we have done this year with The Colour Works. Working across all sectors, The Colour Works specialises in Leadership and Team Development with solutions ranging from individual coaching and personal development to the facilitation of company-wide culture and change programmes.

The Colour Works Brand Exploded V3 01

The Colour Works approach us as part of their £3M business development plans, following a survey they did with their clients in 2018 they determined that there was a lack of clarity in their offering which meant that potential customers were unaware of many of their effective solutions. Digital Storm was therefore appointed by The Colour Works to produce a new website that sought to combat these issues.

The new site reduced content, utilising white space and organic shapes to create a flowing sense of motion that guides the user through an informative experience. The brand has been completely overhauled with a new colour pallet, logo, and website along with updated printed workshop and marketing materials. We are also now working closely with The Colour Works to execute a marketing strategy that will help them to reach their ambitious goals.

In response to how they feel about the finished project The Colour Works said the following:

“We are delighted with the end result and company-wide effort that Digital Storm put in throughout the whole process – I’m not sure it could’ve been improved and our clients’ feedback reinforces our thoughts. The new brand fits perfectly with our company’s vibrant and colourful ethos, and the redesigned website was exactly what we needed to improve our potential customers’ experience. It provides a great platform for visitors to understand how we can contribute to their business growth through the development of their teams and leaders.”

Macbook Insights Discovery Comparison

When we asked The Colour Works if they have seen or expect to see an increase in online awareness, they said the following:

“Without question. The design is far more striking and memorable, we feel we have a real identity now that allows us to stand out in the marketplace. The new navigation and clarity in service along with search optimisation efforts have already provided a noticeable difference in page rankings and traffic we wouldn’t have seen before.”

Digital Storm is very proud of this project and is now looking forward to the award ceremony in 2019 where we will be against several other agencies from the South. Keep your fingers crossed for our team in the finals in October!
